If you order on a Monday it will be shipped either same day depends on time we recieve order or it will be shipped on following Monday.
Delays may occur due to weather and holidays.
Orders shipped within 10 buisness days.
Missing packages need to be reported with in 5 buisness days.
Past that time frame customer must report to USPS.
If its past the 24 hour period of package being delivered you will have to submit a claim to the carrier we will not be able to replace or refund any item.
